35th Avenue & McRae Road Improvements

Location: Anchorage, AK

CRW worked with the Municipality of Anchorage to upgrade this 4,000-foot-long, neighborhood collector roadway located in west Anchorage. The project overcame challenges including narrow right-of-way, limited parking areas and sight distances, a Fish Creek stream crossing, nearby vegetation, and conflicting utilities.  A larger culvert was also installed to better accommodate fish passage.
