Anchorage International Airport Taxiway Y Slope Repair

Location: ANC, Anchorage, AK

CRW oversaw cone penetration testing (CPT) to investigate a shallow slide failure due to the November 2018, southcentral Alaska, magnitude 7.1 earthquake. The CPT soundings were performed in and around the slope failure; the data provided geotechnical recommendations for stabilizing the slope area.
